Hi I’m Heather.
I’m a Nervous System Health Practitioner and Environmental Scientist. You can think of me as your go-to person for prioritizing the planet, while you prioritize your health. I’m on a mission to get every individual better at self-regulating to lead a more joy centered life with less stress. With over a decade of experience, I leverage my background to offer practical strategies for integrating nervous system wellness into busy lifestyles. My expertise is in root cause work through reducing toxins exposure, and self-awareness practices. When I’m not empowering others, you’ll find me outside with my two rescue dogs.
